马克Specht is the western states energy manager for the 617888九五至尊娱乐 & 能源 program at the Union of Concerned Scientists. 在他的角色中, he leads research and advocacy efforts in California and other Western states to advance the transition to a less polluting and less carbon-intensive energy system. Prior to joining UCS, Mr. Specht was an energy analyst for Ascend Analytics. He earned a bachelor's degree in integrated science and science in human culture from Northwestern University, and a master's degree in philosophy from the University of Otago.
